Today learn how to make simple and healthy breakfast recipe Dalia Upma with veggies. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />To make Dalia: <br />1 cup Dalia- గోధుమ రవ <br />2 cups water- నీళ్ళు <br />1 tbsp Oil- నూనె <br />Salt to taste- ఉప్పు <br /> <br />Upma: <br /> <br />1 tbsp oil- నూనె <br />1 tsp mustard seeds- ఆవాలు <br />few curry leaves- కరివేపాకు <br />1 tbsp sesame seeds- నువ్వులు <br />1 dry red chilly- ఎర్ర మిరపకాయలు <br />1 green chilly- పచ్చిమిర్చి <br />1 tbsp ginger- అల్లం <br />2 tbsp urad dal- మినపప్పు <br />2 tbsp chanaa dal- శెనగపప్పు <br />1 onion- ఉల్లిపాయ <br />1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, potatoes)- మిక్స్ కూరగాయలు <br />1 1/2 cups water- నీళ్ళు <br />1 tsp salt- ఉప్పు <br />Lime juice to taste- నిమ్మ రసం <br /> <br />Coconut chutney: <br /> <br />1/2 cup grated coconut- తురిమిన కొబ్బరి <br />1/ cup Yogurt- పెరుగు <br />Add pinch of salt- ఉప్పు <br />1 tbsp oil- నూనె <br />1 tsp mustard seeds- ఆవాలు <br />1 dry red chilly- ఎర్ర మిరపకాయలు <br />Few curry leaves- కరివేపాకు <br />1 green chilly chopped- పచ్చిమిర్చి <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />To make coconut chutney: <br />- In a small bowl, add the grated coconut and the yogurt and mix them well together. <br />- Then add salt to taste and water and mix it well together till they are moist and keep it aside. <br />- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and whole red chilli and stir them. <br />- Add this to the coconut chutney that you kept aside. <br /> <br />To make dalia upma: <br />- Heat oil in a pan and once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds, white sesame seeds, chopped ginger, whole green chillies, curry leaves and whole red chilli and stir these ingredients together. <br />- Add the chana dal and udad dal (soaked earlier) to the above ingredients and roast them well. <br />- When the dal turns slightly golden in colour, add the chopped onion and stir well. <br />- Add the chopped vegetables - green peas, potatoes, beans,cauliflower and carrots. <br />- Add salt to taste and water and cover the pan with a lid until the vegetables cook and turn soft. <br />- Once the vegetables are cooked, add the dali
